This support option is for those users who want occasional support or troubleshooting. Using your ‘Pay As You Go’ account, you can call us and we will advise on computer faults, useability problems, hardware purchase recommendations or we can remote into your computer to fix software faults set up software, email etc.
As a Pay As You Go customer you can also use your purchased time for site visits. However, we recommend that your Pay As You Go account is mainly kept as a ready way to pay for remote services.
Pay As You Go support is charged at £60 per hour. Please use the Pay Online link to purchase blocks of time. For On-site support minimum charge is 1-hour, Remote support is charged in 15-minute intervals.
